This paper sheds its focus on recently developed automatic cleaning systems of solar cells, including Heliotex, Robotic, Electrostatic, Automatic brush, and Coating mechanisms. These mechanisms are very mature nowadays and employed for cleaning solar panels. This paper shows the progress of current cleaning. This study is an attempt to throw light on the various methods that exist to lower or eliminate dust accumulation on solar panels in harsh conditions. Existing cleaning practices and technologies are then presented with an emphasis on. The technical term for when dust, pollen or other particles in the air inevitably settle on top of solar panels is called 'soiling' and it can significantly reduce how much light a panel can absorb.
